I’ve been making wedding cakes and catering weddings for the past 10 years and no two are the same. As a vegetarian chef, when I do create meaty dishes I use the best quality stuff from local farms. And it’s not just the meat and dairy that is sourced carefully with plenty of smaller producers who I’m lucky enough to call my friends featuring on the menu. From warming winter feasts to fresh summer buffets, I love to create a bespoke menu specific to your tastes and desires with the odd quirk here and there.
And it is the same with my wedding cakes. Moving with the seasons I like to create fresh and floral cakes using good quality ingredients. Favouring a good sponge over layers and layers of roll out icing, I’m also partial to a clean, white and simple classic fruit cake. And lets not forget about those macaron towers which are becoming more popular.
Budget wise I’m very reasonable without skimping on quality. You shouldn’t be stung for simply adding the word ‘wedding’ to your enquiry so feel free to get in touch for a realistic and honest quote.
Based just outside of Bath, I cater mainly in the South West but it’s always worth an ask if you are getting married further afield. I fed a lovely wedding party of 40 in Mykonos a few years ago so anything is possible!

Beth & her wonderful team catered for our wedding in July this year at Toddington Village Hall. Beth had been recommended by a friend who had been a guest at a wedding Beth had catered for a few months earlier. When describing how Beth had catered for the event we were sure we wanted Beth for ours. Through emails and phone calls we arranged the menu, the service & finer details. She was so lovely, and had a wonderfully relaxed approach. When we started to plan our relaxed winter wedding, we were put into contact with Beth by a mutual friend. From the very first moment we spoke, we knew that we were in safe hands and instantly felt at ease. She was so helpful, from the initial menu ideas, through to the day itself.
The food was absolutely delicious and EXACTLY what we had in mind. As a result of them being so organised, calm and professional as well as lovely people, Beth and her husband Zaid helped to create a really relaxing, fun and friendly environment. Beth made the most incredible traditional white wedding cake for me. I could honestly not have been more delighted!
I got married at Bath Abbey, during which Beth worked diligently and swiftly with the florist to set up the cake at the reception venue. When I arrived I was stunned by how perfect it was. Just so clean cut, classic and superbly decorated. Exactly everything I had hoped for.
Most importantly, it tasted divine! I am gluten intolerant and the fruit cake Beth made had the most incredible flavour and so moist. The cake didn’t fall apart when it was cut, and the icing wasn’t too thick. My friends and family couldn’t believe it was gluten free.
Considering how popular it was, the cake was never-ending. For such reasonable prices, the size and quality of this wedding cake was not compromised one iota. I’m very grateful to Beth for her fabulous and friendly service.
