On 21st June we celebrated the launch of my new book Tales from my Happy Place: Recipes from The Free Range Chef at The Bunch of Grapes in Bradford on Avon with a Summer Vegetarian Supper Club.
Using the best of what the season has to offer, I created a feast with head chef and proprietor, Steve Carss. The menu was inspired by my travels through the kitchens of Europe and Morocco as a retreat chef with an emphasis on cooking seasonally and using skilled and passionate local producers.
